Human being are created by Allah SWT with the aimed to be loyal to him. For each muslim, Allah SWT will always do the examinations to know his/her loyalty level. There are some kinds of exam that Allah SWT will give to us: SICK, POOR, and HAVING NO CHILDREN, related to his/her loyalty level at the moment
The loyalty level of a muslim will depend on how he/she faced the exam. If he/she accepts it patiently then Allah SWT will increase his/her level, but if he/she refused it, he/she will get nothing and even can not refuse it.
As a muslim, no matter what kind of exams that Allah SWT given to us, we have to accept it and better to say innnalillahi wa inna ilaihi rojiun (we belong to him, and we will back to him). The most thing we should do if a friend of mine is in trouble, it is a compulsory for every muslim to reveal his/her heart from disaster and Allah SWT will help us in the day of judgement, insya allah ta'ala.
There a 1/4 of world total population are poor people and a 1/2 of the poor people are muslim. If we pay our zakah regularly, then there is will be no poor people in this world. This is very essential in islam to pay zakah to help poor people.
